Maggie, our Golden Retriever
As a family-owned and operated business, we bring both professional experience and personal care to everything we do. Our owners, James and Nikki, each have over 10 years of experience in the medical field. James is an EMT, certified firefighter, and CPR/First Aid instructor. Nikki is a Certified Nurse Aide who has dedicated many years to caring for the elderly. Together, they have built this business on a foundation of service, safety, and trust. All of our drivers are CPR and First Aid certified, giving our customers added peace of mind during every trip. We specialize in both wheelchair and ambulatory transportation, serving individuals who may no longer be able to drive themselves. Whether you need transportation to medical appointments, events, or personal outings, we are here to help.
We are proud to offer clean, safe, and dependable transportation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Meet Our Team
At the heart of our company is a team dedicated to serving others with compassion, professionalism, and integrity. As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in caring for every client as if they were our own family.
Together, James and Nikki have built both a life and a business centered on service. Having known each other since high school, they later reconnected and have now been married for 10 years. Between them, they are blessed with seven children—five boys and two girls—who continue to inspire their commitment to hard work, faith, and caring for others. Their shared life experiences and strong family values are the foundation of the compassionate service they provide every day.
James – Owner/Operator
James brings over 10 years of experience in the medical field. As a certified EMT and firefighter, as well as a CPR and First Aid instructor, he is deeply committed to safety and emergency preparedness. His calm presence and strong sense of duty ensure that every passenger is in capable and caring hands.
Nikki – Owner/Operator
Nikki is a Certified Nurse Aide with more than 10 years of experience caring for the elderly. Her passion for helping others shines through in every interaction. She is dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to each individual we serve.
Maggie – Therapy Dog in Training
Maggie, our golden retriever, is a special part of our team. Currently in training to become a certified therapy dog, she brings a gentle, calming presence to those around her. Maggie loves meeting new friends and helping ease anxiety, especially for clients who may feel nervous or overwhelmed. Her sweet nature is a reflection of the care and kindness we strive to provide every day.

We will make every effort to schedule same day trips, however, a 24 hour notice is requested for local transportation. Please allow at least 72 hours for transportation requests over 50 miles. Contact us for scheduling and more information.

Payment & Late Fee Policy
Payments are due at the time of service. Past-due balances are subject to a 5% monthly finance charge.
Accounts over 60 days past due may require prepayment for future services. Accounts over 90 days may be sent to collections, and the client is responsible for any associated collection costs.
